We collect the information needed to provide SoViral, including your account details, profile settings, billing status, uploaded media, voice samples, reference images, prompts, generated scripts, generated assets, and usage activity.

Uploaded media may include images, videos, logos, person references, wardrobe images, voice recordings, and other creative materials you choose to provide.

We may also collect device, browser, log, referral, and usage information when you visit the site or use the app.

We use your information to operate the app, generate and edit content, save your profiles, create previews, process billing access, provide support, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and maintain account security.

We may use operational logs and generation metadata to debug failed jobs, understand credit usage, improve system performance, and keep the creation workflow stable.

If you record or upload a voice sample, person image, or wardrobe image, we use it to provide voice clone, avatar, profile, and reel generation features.

You should only upload voice or likeness data that belongs to you or that you have permission to use. You can delete or replace profile assets from your account where the app provides those controls.

We store uploaded and generated content so you can preview, edit, reuse, and export your work. This may include scripts, scene data, voice audio, avatar stills, videos, image edits, thumbnails, and final reel assets.

Generated content may be processed by systems that help create the requested output. We do not sell your uploaded media, voice samples, or generated outputs.

Once you download, publish, share, or send generated content outside SoViral, your use of that content is controlled by you and by the platform or service where it is shared.

We use billing information to manage subscriptions, top-ups, credits, invoices, payment status, cancellations, and access to paid features.

We do not store full payment card details in the app.

We work with service providers that help us host the app, store media, process payments, run AI generation, monitor reliability, prevent abuse, and provide support.

These providers may process information only as needed to provide those services, comply with law, protect security, or complete the generation and storage actions you request.

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember app state, improve performance, protect accounts, and understand how the service is used.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may stop parts of the app from working correctly.

You can update profile details, replace reference assets, delete saved samples where controls are available, and cancel paid access through the account or billing flows we provide.

You can also contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or help with privacy questions. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

When you delete a profile, uploaded asset, or generated item, we remove it from active use where technically reasonable. Some copies may remain temporarily in backups, logs, caches, linked generated outputs, or systems needed for security and accounting.

We retain account, billing, credit, and usage records as needed for legal, tax, security, support, and operational purposes.

SoViral and the providers that support the service may process and store information in Australia, the United States, or other countries where our systems or providers operate.

Where information is processed outside your location, we take reasonable steps to protect it in line with this policy.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so you should keep your account credentials safe and notify us if you suspect unauthorised access.

SoViral is not intended for children. You must not use the service if you are not old enough to create an account and agree to these terms in your location.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service, legal requirements, or our data practices change. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date.
