SoViral ("we", "us", "our") provides AI-powered tools for creating and editing social media content, including images, captions, short-form reels, voice narration, avatar scenes, and related creative outputs.

By accessing or using SoViral at soviral.co, you agree to these Terms & Policies ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

To use Studio features, you must create an account. You are responsible for your login details and all activity under your account.

You must not sell, lease, or share account access, or use your account to provide unauthorised generation services to third parties. We may suspend or terminate accounts that are abused or used in breach of these Terms.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your contact details current so we can send important service, billing, or policy notices.

Paid plans provide monthly credits that can be used for supported generation and editing actions. Credit usage varies depending on the type of generation, provider cost, model used, length of video, and other technical factors.

The reel counts shown on pricing pages are estimates only. Actual usage may differ, especially when a reel includes avatar video, voice cloning, image editing, music, or higher-cost provider calls.

Subscriptions renew monthly unless cancelled before the next billing date. Top-up credits may be purchased separately where available. We may change plan pricing, credit amounts, or credit costs with reasonable notice.

Subscription and top-up fees are generally non-refundable. If you cancel, you keep access to paid features until the end of the current billing period, subject to these Terms.

If a technical issue prevents you from using the service and we cannot reasonably resolve it, contact us at info@soviral.co within 7 days of the charge and we will review the case at our discretion.

We do not guarantee refunds for rejected prompts, third-party provider failures, generation delays, unused credits, or dissatisfaction with AI output quality.

If you upload or record a voice sample, person image, wardrobe image, logo, or other reference asset, you confirm that you own it or have the rights and consent needed to use it with SoViral.

You must not clone, imitate, or use another person's voice, face, body, image, name, or likeness without permission. You are responsible for all publicity, privacy, copyright, trademark, and commercial usage rights connected to your uploads and outputs.

You must not create content that falsely suggests a person endorses a product, service, message, or business without their consent.

Reference assets may be stored and processed so we can provide the service, generate outputs, improve reliability, and allow you to reuse profile settings. Some assets may also be sent to third-party AI providers for generation.

If you delete a profile, voice sample, or reference asset, we will remove it from active use where technically reasonable. Copies may remain temporarily in backups, logs, caches, generated outputs, or third-party provider systems.

SoViral relies on third-party AI providers. Their systems may reject prompts, fail, time out, change behaviour, produce unexpected output, or apply moderation rules outside our control.

We do not guarantee that generated content will be accurate, available, consistent, or suitable for a particular use. You should review all outputs before publishing.

You are responsible for checking that content you publish is lawful, accurate, properly authorised, and appropriate for your audience and platform.

The following content and uses are not allowed:

Violations may result in refused generations, removed content, lost credits, suspension, or termination without refund.

We do not claim ownership over your uploaded content or outputs you generate, subject to applicable law, third-party provider terms, and any rights held by others.

You are responsible for the prompts you submit, assets you upload, outputs you download, and any content you publish or distribute. We provide tools; you decide how outputs are used.

You may not resell raw generated assets as standalone stock content or redistribute platform outputs in a way that violates these Terms or third-party rights.

All platform code, design, branding, workflows, prompts, orchestration logic, and proprietary systems remain the property of SoViral or its licensors.

You may not copy, resell, scrape, reverse-engineer, bypass limits, abuse provider access, or interfere with the operation of the service.

We aim to keep SoViral reliable, but the service may be interrupted by maintenance, bugs, provider outages, rate limits, network issues, or events outside our control.

We may modify, pause, limit, or discontinue parts of the service where needed for security, reliability, legal compliance, provider changes, or product improvements.

SoViral is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost data, reputational harm, publishing outcomes, platform takedowns, or business interruption.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information connected to your account, uploads, voice samples, reference assets, and generated content.

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers.

Your continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you disagree, your remedy is to stop using the service and cancel your subscription.
