SoViral ("we", "us", "our") is an AI-powered content engine that turns a single prompt into scroll-stopping content. Our platform gives businesses, creators, and individuals the tools to generate memes, branded carousels, and short-form video reels — all from one idea.

By accessing or using SoViral at soviral.co, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Policies ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

SoViral provides three generation modes, each designed for different content needs:

• Images — Generate up to 4 AI-created images per run across tone options: Funny, Roast, Sweet, and Bold. Edit captions, apply image edits, and download as PNG.
• Carousels — Create multi-slide branded carousels for social media. Add, remove, and customise slides. Download individual slides.
• Reels (Beta) — Generate AI-scripted 15-second video reels. Reels are a beta feature and are subject to availability, quality limitations, and change without notice.

The service is intended for legitimate creative, commercial, and entertainment use. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with these Terms and all applicable laws.

The following content is strictly prohibited across all generation modes — images, carousels, and reels:

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

To access Studio features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must not share your account, sell access, or use your account to provide generation services to third parties outside your own business use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we believe are being abused or used in violation of these Terms.

SoViral offers two plans:

• Free — Access to the public Library, caption editing, and watermarked PNG downloads. No credit card required.
• Starter ($19 / month) — 48 AI-generated images per month (12 runs × 4 tones), 5 AI-scripted reels per month (Beta), unlimited caption and image edits, watermark-free downloads. Billed monthly via Stripe.

Subscriptions are billed monthly on the date you first subscribed. Your subscription auto-renews each month unless you cancel before the next billing date. Monthly generation credits do not roll over — unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use after the price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will retain access to Starter features until the end of the current billing period.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the service and we are unable to resolve it, contact us at info@soviral.co within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case on a discretionary basis.

No refunds are issued for content that was rejected by our AI providers, for Reel generation failures due to Beta instability, or dissatisfaction with AI output quality.

Content generation relies on third-party AI providers. These systems operate independently and apply their own content moderation policies. We have no ability to override their decisions, and prompts may be rejected without output.

Submitting a prompt does not guarantee that content will be generated. We do not guarantee consistency, accuracy, or quality of AI output across any generation mode.

Reels are a Beta feature. Reel generation may be unavailable, slow, or produce unexpected results. We may change, limit, or remove Reel functionality at any time without notice.

Content you generate using SoViral is yours — subject to the limitations of the AI providers' terms and any applicable law. We do not claim ownership over the outputs you create.

By using the platform, you grant SoViral a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display your generated content solely for internal quality review and service improvement purposes. We will never publicly share your private outputs without your explicit consent.

All platform code, design, branding, and proprietary systems remain the exclusive property of SoViral. You may not reproduce, resell, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

Studio allows you to upload reference images (e.g. logos, product shots) to guide AI generation. By uploading an image, you confirm that you own the rights to that image or have the necessary permissions to use it in this context.

You must not upload images of identifiable individuals without their consent, copyrighted images you do not have rights to, or any images that depict illegal content.

Uploaded reference images are passed to our AI provider for generation purposes and are not permanently stored beyond what is necessary to complete the generation request.

You are solely responsible for the content you prompt, generate, download, and share using SoViral. We provide the tools — you control what you make and what you do with it.

We reserve the right to refuse, remove, or report any generated content that we determine to be in violation of these Terms or applicable laws. We may also suspend or terminate accounts associated with repeated violations — with or without prior notice.

Images downloaded on the Free plan include a SoViral watermark. You may use these images for personal and non-commercial purposes, provided you do not remove or obscure the watermark.

Images downloaded on the Starter plan are watermark-free and may be used for personal and commercial purposes, including social media, advertising, and brand content.

You may not resell raw generated assets as standalone stock imagery or redistribute them as original creative works without meaningful transformation.

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active subscribers via email.

Your continued use of SoViral after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with the updated Terms, your remedy is to stop using the service and cancel your subscription.
